Please include your name, mailing address, and the corresponding design number of the sticker which you would like to have (#1, 2, or 3).

If you don't include that information, we'll be unable to send your sticker out without writing you back so please be certain to do so. The stickers are shaped just as you see below as opposed to being square so they'll take up a bit less space on your bumper or in your window than conventional stickers.
